Earlier in the year, Dubai’s largest provider of public paid parking facilities launched two new zones in Mirdif. These zones are free on Sundays and public holidays, and they use variable pricing structures.

Parkin introduced variable pricing in April, adjusting charges depending on whether the parking occurs during peak or off-peak hours.

Additionally, the operator has launched monthly subscription options for certain parking zones. These subscriptions are non-refundable and allow up to three vehicles to be registered under the same traffic file, though only one vehicle may be active at any given time.
