Dubai: Get ready for celebrations as the UAE has officially announced a four-day public holiday for Eid Al Adha, running from June 5 to June 8, 2025. This holiday applies to both government and private sector employees, who can enjoy a well-earned break with work resuming on Monday, June 9. During this festive period, residents can enjoy spectacular fireworks displays at some of the most iconic venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Fireworks in Dubai – Riverland at Dubai Parks and Resorts:
Prepare to be dazzled by Eid fireworks on Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, at 9:30 pm in Riverland. Enhance the evening further with nightly laser shows at 7:30 pm, 8:20 pm, and 9:30 pm.
Fireworks in Abu Dhabi – Yas Island:
Celebrate for three consecutive nights on Yas Island with fireworks from Friday, June 6, to Sunday, June 8. Head to Yas Bay Waterfront at 9 pm to witness stunning displays reflected over the water, while also enjoying a wide variety of dining options, including award-winning restaurants. It’s an ideal way to spend time with friends and family.
The Corniche, Abu Dhabi:
If you’re in the capital city, don’t miss the fireworks show at the Corniche on Friday, June 6, at 9 pm. This scenic waterfront promenade offers the perfect setting for an enjoyable evening, especially with the holiday continuing the next day.
Al Ain – Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium:
Visitors to Al Ain can attend fireworks at 9 pm on all three days of Eid at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium. There will also be fireworks near the Al Ain Municipality building at the same time.
Al Dhafra Region:
The Al Dhafra area is set to come alive with excitement as Eid Al Adha nears. Festivities will begin on the first day of Eid at 9 pm across several locations, including Madinat Zayed Public Park, Al Mirfa, Al Mugheira Bay, and the area behind the TAMM Building in Ghyathi. Each spot offers a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for families and friends to come together and enjoy the holiday spirit.
