Pakistan’s petroleum product exports jumped by 118.71% during July 2024 to April 2025, reaching $492.04 million compared to $224.97 million in the same period last year, according to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS). This growth brought in an additional $267.07 million in foreign exchange earnings.

The PBS also reported a 4.48% increase in total production of 11 petroleum products from local refineries. Diesel output rose by 9.32%, petrol by 1.97%, and furnace oil by 2.73% compared to the previous year.
