Sean Combs Accused of Sexual Assault and Forced Labor by Former Assistant During Racketeering Trial

Sean Combs, the hip-hop mogul also known as Diddy, is facing severe allegations from his former personal assistant, identified as “Mia,” during his ongoing racketeering and sex-trafficking trial. On May 29, 2025, Mia gave emotional testimony describing years of violent outbursts, sexual assault, and forced labor while working for Combs.

Mia worked for Combs for eight years starting in 2009. She recounted being subjected to relentless demands, including staying constantly within his sight and responding to thousands of orders ranging from personal chores to professional tasks. According to her testimony, failure to comply often resulted in violent reactions — including being thrown against walls, into pools, and having objects like spaghetti bowls and computers hurled at her.

She testified to multiple sexual assaults, including being kissed and groped at Combs’s 40th birthday and later being raped while asleep in his Los Angeles home. In another disturbing instance, Combs allegedly forced her to perform oral sex in a closet. Mia said she feared retaliation and felt unable to refuse him under any circumstance, even describing how difficult it was to deny him something as simple as a sandwich.

Combs has denied all sexual assault allegations. His legal team maintains that all sexual encounters were consensual and that his businesses operate lawfully. However, prosecutors claim that Mia's account supports a pattern of abuse and forced compliance central to the broader racketeering conspiracy.

Mia’s role evolved into assisting Combs with film and TV production, but she testified that the coercive environment persisted. She also described organizing and cleaning up after disturbing events called “hotel nights,” which involved Combs’s then-girlfriend Casandra Ventura and often left hotel rooms in disarray, including signs of physical trauma.

Another witness, stylist Deonte Nash, also testified to witnessing violent behavior by Combs, including a brutal 2013 assault on Ventura. Nash and Mia both intervened, with Mia describing being thrown against a wall in the process.

Despite defense claims that messages from Mia showed "unbelievable love" for Combs, the testimony from both Mia and Nash highlights a pattern of fear, control, and violence that prosecutors argue underscores Combs’s alleged criminal enterprise.
